Specifying

For designers, architects, and art consultants  looking to specify LYNNEL products and artworks, we provide any and all up-front assistance you may require, including:

  • Selection of LYNNEL artwork
  • Artwork customization, including color modifications, cropping and scaling
  • Recommendations and factors pertaining to substrates, hardware and installation
  • Language for the product specifications and the scope of work
  • A budget (or budget options) for the project

Purchasing

Contractors  |  Sub-contractors  |  Art Consultants

If you are a contractor (or art consultant) seeking to purchase LYNNEL products directly from us, we will assists with everything you need regarding our specified scope of work:

1. You request a formal Quote from us

  • Includes all pricing, substrates, dimensions, quantities, hardware, installations, etc.
  • We will respond to your RFQ within 5 business days (good luck on your bid!)

2. You place an Order with us

  • A signed and dated quote is required
  • Sometimes includes a PO, or a formal purchase agreement from you

3. We generate an Invoice for you

  • Receipt of your deposit will enable production to proceed to the next steps

4. To-scale Submittal Samples are produced for approvals

  • Artwork selection and approval must precede production of the samples
  • Most submittal samples take about 2-3 weeks to ship

5. Final Panels are produced and shipped

  • Written approval of submittal samples is required to fabricate the final panels
  • Final VIF or build-to dimensions must also be confirmed in writing
  • Final payment is due upon shipment or delivery
  • Production times for final panels vary considerably (3 – 8 weeks)
  • Please refer to individual product pages for specific timelines
  • Close-out documents are supplied, as requested
