The vision was to create a welcoming environment for people experiencing the hospital conference center. The client selected a layered, nature-oriented image.
The focal point is a continuous, panoramic image which is panel-matched to create an uninterrupted piece of art in a large-scale application.
The vertical glass slats in the hallway provide an introduction to the striking artwork to come.
These original installations influenced our continued work to create headwalls throughout the hospital.
The LYNNEL portfolio offers enough variety to go from an extremely large installation to something that works well in a smaller application.
The headwalls became a branding model for the entire hospital.

The design team envisioned using LYNNEL’s original artwork in unique ways to create a cohesive aesthetic throughout the center.
The design needed to create a welcoming and soothing environment for patients, their families and clinic staff.
Three distinct artworks were selected and color modified to work together, as well as work with the finishes throughout the building.
To accommodate the architectural requirements of the main feature wall a large-scale panorama was created from original artwork. Images were cropped to work with the divider panel and back-lit panel specifications, without losing integrity of the aesthetic value.
Working with the client on different options for opacity we achieved the ideal degree for their desired level of privacy and light transmission.
The Behavioral Health and Wellness Clinic is a beautifully designed facility that showcases how art and design can successfully blend. The collaboration between LYNNEL and Mohagen Hansen was key to the successful outcome.
